I wrote before: Quite a usable tool. But without options to set, it removes also images that i would like to keep. My suggestion is, to add a feature that allows to configure the options or settings for each image: to allow or hide.
You answered: It should keep all the images by default. Can you provide an example site where you are experiencing the problem?
