- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 17596741 de Firefox, il y a un anWhy is it that EVERY SINGLE TIME I start up this addon I have to flip through the entire list of regions 10-20 times just to find 1 working connection?
- Noté 1 sur 5par mikeeu, il y a un anDoesn't have all server location for whatever reason. Entirely useless
- Noté 1 sur 5par bro, il y a un anUsed to work for me although it sometimes just disconnect and need to retype password. Now, I cant even connect to the internet when it is on in firefox (works on brave tho) . Looks like I wont be renewing my subscription.

Even though the app warns of a bit of performance hit while using it, I normally see a performance increase. I have pulled down gigabytes of data through both the Firefox addon and the Linux system level VPN. No problems, ever.
- Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 18254302 de Firefox, il y a 2 ansOk, but could be better.

- Noté 4 sur 5par Jayel, il y a 2 ansIt would be great if it has a whitelist function or the exclusion list accepts regular expressions.

- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 15476681 de Firefox, il y a 2 ansFrequent connection drops that force me to change servers. It says it's still connected but I can't open a single website unless I swap servers. Also occasionally it just logs me off and asks for credentials or I get pop up window to provide those when it attempts to connect to VPN server. I can't just log out and stay logged out, because after restarting the browser it logs me back in. I had to reinstall the addon to temporarily solve some of those issues. Can't depend on it because of the frequency of the issues and how long it takes to resolve those.

This add-on needs to be updated, big time!
The last update was (as of today) 7 months ago, so I think this is the problem.
I may have to cancel this if they can't get a newer version released. - Noté 1 sur 5par Cynitec, il y a 2 ansAlmost useless. I regularly have to switch server because the connection just stops working, and now I'm getting the error "The proxy moz-proxy://https-us-washingtondc.privateinternetaccess.com:80 is requesting a username and password. The site says: “Private Internet Access”"
I'll be switching VPN providers when my subscription ends
Update: 8 months later I'm still having to switch servers, and reinstall the add-on every week or so.
