Latest update has me stuck on the "press Next and then Allow" screen for permissions, but there is no 'Next' button to click, and checking the add-on says all permissions are enabled.

That doesn't sound right. Which exact version of the extension and your browser do you currently have installed? Have you experienced this issue with any previous versions of the extension?
