The thing that I appreciate most about Awesome Screenshot is the ability to select only portions to include in any one screen capture. The majority of my time spent on grabbing images, paragraphs of text etc, is given to selecting that one element I'm after rather than having to accept an entire page, then opening the image in my graphics editor in order to crop and scale it to achieve something useful. This cuts time spent in half and that in itself takes this app from 'sales pitch' to 'sold!'

When I selected a portion of the screen to capture in a Plarium.com flash-based game, the tool selected an area to the right of, and a different rectangular shape and size than I had selected.

Great program saves having to use camera for screen pics.

I just got the app & am trying to learn how to use it. I can already see great possibilities for it. I will come back for an updated review after I get to learn more. I did buy the Premium version already because I think it will be money well spent.

much better than the other screen-shot extensions, like FireShot which has gone down the drain.

you can sign up for a free account and upload in the cloud and share with other people. very good.

I was looking for a program like this one since a long time. "Awesome Screenshot" is very special.

Frst time I used it today, first meet was great.

Took me to a pointless editing page with nothing on it, then wanted me to sign-up to them to see my screenshot, which was hosted somewhere else. Uninstalling, too much hassle
