The modified descriptions are a bit hit and miss as it depends on just how ridiculous the agent's claims are. When it works though you get some real gems.
A bit of a laugh to offset the misery of having to look at overpriced crap and deal with overpaid ****ers. I'm looking forward to an update that will hopefully include filters for 'investment property' and the rest of the BTL crap.
