Simply what you need. Works. It doesn't just resize the viewport, but it emulates the http request of a phone, allowing you to do backend processing.

The functionality is great. My only gripe is that the "Remove advertising" popup advertises $4.90/year and then after you actually create your account it turns out to be $4.90/month. Hopefully it's just an oversight rather than a bait-and-switch but it feels grimy nonetheless.
