Tab reload on select par syranez

par Robert, il y a 5 ansVersion 1.3.1.1 is perfect. Some sites do not like an automatic reload every nn minutes, and you get a capcha. Reload on select minimizes the number of reloads to what's really needed.
But on Waterfox Classic, the versions above 1.3.1.1 scroll to top when reloading, while 1.3.1.1 keeps the current position, so I disabled updates.
Keeping the position when reloading is very useful, so please, if you feel like me, correct this in future releases.
Thanks for an addon that is extremely useful.
Edit: if would be nice also to be able to choose to have it disabled by default on new sites.

INFO FOR USERS. I created a replica add-on 'Tab reload on select passive'. The slight difference from the original is that by dafault the button is inactive. So, new tabs are not automatically added to reloading list. You don't have to go over them swiching off reloading. Reloading option is added manually. Fewer clicks! - Noté 4 sur 5par Sor Targol, il y a 4 ansReally nice, quality extension. Unfortunately, there is no way to disable autoreload by default on new domains/tabs. As long as the autoreload interval settings are common for all tabs, it often reloads tabs that do not need to be reloaded at all. Since the addon is designed to reduce the number of unnecessary movements, there's no fun in switching the icon of extension on each new site manually.

- Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 14504317 de Firefox, il y a 6 ansI have been loving this extension for several months. For someone that keeps a lot of tabs open, it's the best thing since extensions like "Reload tab on double-click" -- which I used until the extension framework redesign of Firefox.
Really, Tab Reload on Select is better. I don't have to do anything as I periodically switch between tabs. Just set my minimum reload timer to 10 minutes; and exclude a few sites, such as Gmail.
It really deserves 5 stars. But, here's the PROBLEM... I just updated to ffox 64.0, 64-bit, Linux, (belatedly; I'm a slow updater), and this extension no longer works... and I've come to rely on it so much!
I tried un-installing and re-install. No joy. Maybe there's a new default setting in Firefox that could be changed, and all would be well? Or, maybe the extension needs an update?Réponse du développeur

It is sad to hear that the extension does not work for you anymore. :(
I do not know what the problem could be, but I will investigate it!

Edit: I think, I've found the root cause for your problem. It is fixed in version 1.3.1. Happy browsing! :) - Noté 5 sur 5par maverick, il y a 7 ansGreat!!! It saves me a click compared to "double click to reload tab".
Please, just consider adding a way to configure the time between reloads (support other times than 1 hour)Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 7 ansHi, thank you!
I will work on time configuration.

Edit: Version 1.2 allows configuration of the reload timeout.
