par marvhus, il y a 3 ansIt's a nice addon to have, it's nice to sometimes just not have to rely on using my mouse for everything, but it does allow you to use your mouse too.
It can be a bit weird at times, for example sometimes when I scroll on some pages the layout breaks a little bit, and on some pages they keybinds can interfere a bit, but luckily it has a nice feature where you can either pass through one normal keystroke, or just toggle ignore mode with Shift+Esc.
It has a nice tutorial/guide built in so that you don't have to hunt down some docs somewhere on the internet, which is nice.
It's a nice addon, and I'll continue to enjoy using it.

It is comparable in terms of raw power and capability to Qutebrowser, which is remarkable. I have yet to find a use case where a Qutebrowser solution did not also work in Tridactyl. My favorite features include the `:command` mode to execute complex commands (including chaining them), the ability to use custom JavaScript, the tridactylrc file (makes it easy to sync dotfiles), the ability to control other add-ons, and the ability to control Firefox itself (i.e., clear history, local storage, etc: by time or whatever). It is without a doubt the most feature-rich Vim-like browser add-on; as a result, it also loads the slowest. It also currently has issues with Google Docs/Sheets/Drive, so you may need to use an alternative (like Vimium) for those sites. Lastly, this add-on also requires the most learning and configuration to use efficiently, as it is the most complex. In conclusion, if you are a power user who strives to abandon the mouse entirely with full control over the browser, then Tridactyl is the add-on for you. But if you just want something simple, then Vimium or Surfing Keys are always an option too.

I just remove default Ctrl-f bind since it is burned into my muscle memory that it’s this to find on a web browser. - Noté 5 sur 5par Flat, dark and simple, il y a 4 moisAmazing extension, only lacking on the theme documentation

I prefer it to Vimium as 'F' works on tabs where Vimium wouldn't even register them.
