Vireo Sentinel gives you complete visibility into how your team uses AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini. It works through a
browser extension that team members install, paired with an online dashboard that shows you what's happening in real-time.

Getting Started Takes Minutes

First, sign up for Vireo Sentinel and choose your subscription plan. You'll receive an admin account with access to the visibility dashboard. From
there, generate license keys for your team members. Send these keys via email along with a download link for the browser extension. Team members
install the extension, enter their license key, and they're connected. The entire process takes less than 10 minutes for most teams.

What Happens on Each Computer

Once installed, the browser extension sits quietly in the background. When team members visit AI platforms, it automatically activates. The
extension doesn't interfere with normal work—there are no popups, warnings, or interruptions during regular use.

As team members interact with AI tools, the extension performs real-time awareness checking. It scans for sensitive information like social
security numbers, credit card details, medical records, confidential business data, and passwords. We deliberately don't use AI to protect against
AI—our awareness system uses deterministic pattern matching for reliability and privacy. This checking happens instantly on the user's computer,
not in the cloud, protecting privacy.

Smart Awareness

When the extension detects potential risks, it responds based on severity. Low-risk interactions continue normally. Medium-risk situations might
show a small notification. High-risk actions trigger smart awareness.

If someone tries to share highly sensitive information, a simple window appears. It explains what was detected and offers options: cancel the
action, use an automatically redacted version, edit the text manually, or proceed with an acknowledged exception. The automatic redaction option
streamlines the workflow, removing sensitive data in one click. This takes seconds and helps team members stay aware while maintaining
productivity.

File Upload Awareness

When team members attempt to upload files to AI services, Vireo Sentinel always shows an awareness notification. It explains the potential
implications of sharing files with AI platforms. Users make informed decisions about whether to proceed. We scan the file's metadata—like
filename, size, and type—to identify it for visibility purposes and understand risk levels. We don't process file contents, keeping privacy risks
minimal. This ensures humans make confident decisions about sharing documents.

What We Store and How

Vireo Sentinel stores all prompts in redacted form, regardless of whether they reached the AI service. This protects your organization and ours
from privacy violations. We keep these redacted prompts for up to 30 days depending on your subscription. Metadata about all interactions is
retained for 18 months for visibility and pattern analysis.

We don't process or store AI responses—only the questions your team asks. This approach minimizes data storage while maintaining complete
visibility into potential risk exposure.

Clear, Simple Pricing

Our Starter plan costs $75 AUD monthly for 5 users, with additional users at $13 each. The Business plan is $250 AUD monthly for 20 users, with
additional users at $11 each. Each license supports up to five devices, accommodating team members who work across multiple computers.

We're launching a Compliance edition soon with unlimited retention and immutable audit records for organizations with stricter regulatory
requirements. This edition will have different pricing to reflect its advanced capabilities.

Privacy and Security

All sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Awareness checking happens locally on each computer—sensitive information isn't sent to
our servers during scanning. Organizations' data remains completely isolated with no cross-contamination possible. Prompts are automatically
redacted before storage, and we maintain strict 30-day retention with automatic deletion.
