Twitter PWA colors fixer troch hyperstown

Currently there is an issue with PWAs on Firefox for Android where browser doesn't recognize theme_color meta tags that are supposed to control color of system UI element such as status bar or navigation buttons. Currently it always defaults to white which on some phones makes it impossible to read time, or notifications in status bar. This extension fixes it by removing that default white value from theme_color.
