Anti-Adblock Blocker troch Aforementioned Dude

IMPORTANT: This add-on is not able to block all anti-adblock solutions, only common ones are supported for now!

See screenshots for examples of blocked anti-adblock solutions. Works with (almost) all adblockers. Tested with Adblock Plus and AdBlock.
