The Settings page should be working properly, even in this version of Nightly (I just double-checked). Could you try restarting Firefox, in case that helps at all?
The share dialog opening in a new tab is an unfortunate issue we're aware of, and is specific to our Firefox extension (there's no such issue in our other browser extensions). We have plans to fix it, I also personally prefer the overlay so I know how you feel.

E.g. current integrations to sites ignore new social medias on the market, like BlueSky, various fediverse sites. Also, no integrations for LinkedIn suggests it doesn't think of business use. With Buffer's own deficiencies, like underdeveloped 'idea' item kanban concept and lack of price offer for small businesses, it makes overall experience mediocre, requiring more effort than done.

I cannot change the settings, although it says that the settings are saved, when I reload the addons page the settings are the same as before.
It doesn't have options to remove "save for later" and "open with pablo" from the menu, that I never use.
In general the addon is terrible, the service itself is useful and that's why it's a 2-stars. It happened all over again. I write a few words and it shows them double with no paragraphs. I am trying to save the post, and it saves only the pictures and no text at all.
I paste text from the clipboard, it shows garbage and it alters all previous text.
