ien jier lyn pleatstPlease revert to version 1.9 - version 1.10.1 is in the works.
See https://github.com/kkapsner/CanvasBlocker/issues/699 and https://github.com/kkapsner/CanvasBlocker/issues/700 for the progress of the solution.- Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch Tiger, ien jier lyn
- Wurdearring: 3 fan 5troch emotwink, ien jier lynThis particular extension draws too much power from my laptop. Otherwise it is working incredibly well.

- Wurdearring: 4 fan 5troch snadge, ien jier lynnot perfect, but it helps, especially if it is used with other addons, it still doesn't randomize your fingerprint like BRAVE does, only BRAVE gets 3 yes's on EFF's 'cover your tracks' (Ads, Trackers, Fingerprints), or, this addon, with Ublock Origin, Privacy Badger, Local CDN and NoScript (is what I use on Librewolf) gets you all 3 yes's on EFF (1 in 900, so 'common as muck' fingerprint, and unable to track & trace through fingerprinting)

2 jierren lyn pleatstThere is little I can do about the problem with eBay. Whitelisting the DOMRect-API helps:
https://github.com/kkapsner/CanvasBlocker/issues/555
https://github.com/kkapsner/CanvasBlocker/issues/563
That's why it's whitelisted in the convenience preset. - Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch Anonymous, 2 jierren lyn

- Wurdearring: 3 fan 5troch Firefox-brûker 15183223, 2 jierren lynThere is a little problem with it... this extension is used by a relatively small community. When a site makes a fingerprint of your browser, the part of the fingerprint is the used extensions... If you can't hide your extension, then the existance of it with some other parameters are enough to track you. IMHO

2 jierren lyn pleatstI'm aware of that problem. But since it changes stuff it can always be detected.
But we try to spoof the "other parameters" so the tracking gets confused. - Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch Aminul, 2 jierren lyn
