Character Identifier troch L. David Baron

This extension adds a context menu item for selected text that provides more information (from the Unicode database) about the characters selected.

The Unicode data files are covered by Unicode's license; the remainder of the extension is MPL 1.1/GPL 2.0/LGPL 2.1 tri-licensed.
