This is a browser extension that helps users fill repeated form fields on the CKG website more quickly and consistently.

Main features:

Save and reuse main profile form values
Import participant data from Excel using the provided template
Remember the last selected Excel row
Delete previously imported Excel data from the extension
Autofill repeated text, date, and selection fields based on the correct field identity
Handle special fields such as gender, job, address, marital status, and disability status
Save screening and service form answers separately by page
Automatically reload saved screening/service values when the same page is opened again

This extension stores saved autofill data locally in the browser. It also connects to a license verification server to verify registered email access before the autofill features can be used.
