One star beacause this is useless and for the highly misleading introduction:

"Get the mouse scrollbar you've always wanted—specify width and color."

Yeah. You can can specify the width, NONE OR THIN. And that does not even work. Whooohou.

Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the Firefox browser. Unlike Chrome, Firefox does not allow complete control over the scrollbar width.
