Google Scholar Redirector troch Qiu Ren

Redirects scholar.google.com/scholar_url links directly to the link in its `url` field. It can avoid accessing Google Scholar directly in specific environments.
Note: This addon does not provide a UI for enable/disable the redirection. Please do it by directly enable/disable this addon.
