- Wurdearring: 3 fan 5troch Firefox-brûker 13569155, 8 jierren lynLoved this blocker previously and always worked well. However since updating to the NG version it periodically loses all preferences I have set, and no longer blocks any pages. While I have a relatively short list of sites I want blocked, it is still rather annoying and were it to continue I would try find a better solution.

8 jierren lyn pleatstThanks for the report. Please post bug reports on GitHub so I can gather more information and track down the cause of the issue. This may be the same issue as yours:
https://github.com/proginosko/LeechBlockNG/issues/18 - Wurdearring: 3 fan 5troch DarseZ, 8 jierren lynHello, love this add-on!
Would you be able to remove the requirement to have "Access to all data on all websites"?
It doesn't seem that you would need to require this, just the URL only...please correct me if I'm incorrect on this assumption.
Developers may say they don't use any form/login/password data but there's no way for the end user to know. Many of the revised 57+ add-ons have this blanket permission and in many cases it doesn't seem necessary...in my uneducated opinion, of course. I'm open to being schooled.
Thank you and best wishes!Antwurd ûntwikkeler
8 jierren lyn pleatstHappy to address this. Honestly, I'm not sure why Firefox gives that rather scary warning. It could be because LB uses a content script to display the countdown timer and warning message within the tab, over the web page. (Content scripts can, in principle, access all data on the web pages you view.) It could be because LB requests 'tabs' permission, so it can intermittently check whether block conditions are met for all open tabs, not just the active tab. I'll look into it. In any event, all the source code is publicly available on GitHub, so you can check that LB isn't doing anything untoward! - Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch dewolfe, 8 jierren lyn

- Wurdearring: 4 fan 5troch Firefox-brûker 13560640, 8 jierren lynIn the previous version, I liked it that when using the delaying page, whenever the page went out of focus the countdown was canceled and had to be restarted. Is there a way to make the NG version work this way again?

- Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch Firefox-brûker 13509810, 8 jierren lynSo glad Leechblock is back and better than ever! I'm using this both on my laptop and on Android, and it's working great on both. Would love to see synced options between devices in the future.
This has been essential for fighting my internet addiction, thank you! - Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch Firefox-brûker 12958497, 8 jierren lynIt really helps me control myself. I like the extra restrictive features available, like blocking access to backstage value areas, to prevent changing values there.
- Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch Firefox-brûker 13545297, 8 jierren lynFantastic extension. Keeps it simple and helps me focus on work.
- Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch Firefox-brûker 12982795, 8 jierren lynAAahh!!! I don't know what happened but everything got reset??!? How often does that happen? Should I back up the settings every week? day? month???
Also the warning doesn't always show up! Sometimes it just blocks the site with no warning! - Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch Firefox-brûker 13540035, 8 jierren lynWorks perfectly! Ideal for blocking all that distracting crap!
- Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch Firefox-brûker 13521425, 8 jierren lynJust started using. So far exactly what was needed. 5 stars.
- Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch Firefox-brûker 13535806, 8 jierren lynWe really need "Hide in add-ons" old option for Leechblock NG.
Otherwise, very fine and useful. - Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch Jafenter, 8 jierren lynFantastic plugin. I'm glad that this new version exists for compatibility with Firefox Quantum.
- Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch Firefox-brûker 13532706, 8 jierren lynExcellent - does exactly what I want. I spent a long time searching for something that would do exactly this on Chrome, but none of the extensions available work very well. LeechBlock is simple and effective, and has already saved me from a lot of distractions after my first day of use.
