I concur with the majority of reviews here. This add-on is broken, but I won't say this behaviour is specific to Firefox's version, because I see the same broken behaviour on Chrome and Safari too! It retrieves from the vault, but doesn't save to it. A pity.

UPDATE: It does save to the Vault, but it triggers an error notification each time I click "Save".
