Android version is now properly able to show generated QR code over web-content (if permission is granted).

Fix failure to start on Android

Updates the QRier to work as manifest v3 extension.
Mask selection is removed from the extension options.
Add option to automatically remove url query parameters (this option is disabled by default)

Updated editor page and some small internal changes

Editor can now use settings specified in query parameters.
Editor defaults to user specified settings when possible.
Editor automatic generation is slightly delayed (noticeable at 12+ characters per second).
Automatic mask selections should be slightly faster.
Small change in generator API - shouldn't affect extension users in any way.
