I just wish I could control when the option appears (e.g. only show the option on certain domains), but only because I'm trying to trim the number of options in my context menu, a bit of an XY-problem situation.

That makes it significantly faster and more private. It also has a better user interface than the others: Instead of opening an interstitial page with a link for you to click, and/or opening the final URL after checking against a blocklist, Quo Vadis? simply opens a popup in-page that shows you the redirect(s) and lets you decide whether the final URL is something you want to click on. Very well done.
