Not as easy to use as uBlock, but at least still working on youtube. Unfortunately, I think youtube will eventually catch on to this extension. Edit: well, didn't take long for Youtube to detect, less than one day after writing the review.

Honestly, should be the first thing anyone downloads. Sites actually look like site again, not a feral fight for space between advertisers.
