When GTM gets blocked by the extension all the functional logic will fail to run causing all the web logic reliant on it to also fail breaking the page or parts of it.
The developer needs to immediately roll back the latest changes which block GTM and other scripts completely as this is the most lazy and irresponsible approach to handle ad removal!
