Cleans up X/Twitter links and image cards. Translates t.co links back to their original URLs.

Note that this addon intercepts some API calls, deserializes the content stream into a JSON object, cleans up certain hard-coded patterns and serializes the content back to JSON. As a result, this can lead to some extra couple milliseconds of delay in loading tweets.
