While this is a very good extension, I have found that for some wild reason it disables google sheets from allowing you precisely resize columns and rows

A whitelist would be nice. It may exist, but the FAQ on the homepage is 404. This breaks Google Sheets and leads to funkiness on some other platforms.

Seems to break certain sites (mostly financial sites) that use internal redirects once you're logged in, causing the redirected pages to hang. Doesn't have an easy way to except certain sites that I've found.

Cannot upload to iCloud while CleanURLs is enabled. Issue reported 3 years ago here gitlab.com ClearURLs/ClearUrls/-/issues/827

Good extension, however it currently breaks google sheets (and probably other stuff) so I can't recommend it in the current state.

Esta extensión me ha sido muy útil para filtrar las url para evitar los rastreadores, sin embargo, como cualquier extensión que modifica una página web en beneficio de la seguridad pues puede romper el funcionamiento de la misma. En mi caso estaba usando una plataforma moodle para realizar un curso el cual no podía marcarse como visto el contenido para seguir avanzando porque la extensión bloqueaba dicho seguimiento de la acción por lo que opte por desactivar la extensión para seguir con el curso. Me gustaría que añadieran una lista blanca de direcciones web como esta moodle para que no funcione solamente aquí ya que quiero que esté funcionando en las demás páginas web.

It works. But it breaks google play books while reading. Also is there a way to make an exception for a particular website, so that I dont have to remove/disable this addon?

Indeed most of the above URL is tracking code. Once ClearURLs has cleaned the address, it will look like this:

I mean, without TinyURL services, the URL is a fraction of original, human readable, *and* all unnecessary tracking via URL: POOF!

Works well most of the time, but sometimes it messes up URLs and needs to be temporarily disabled.

Unofrtunately it blocks displaying reviews on google maps. When you click on place it should show place details and when you click on reviews there should be popup with reviews in 2nd row. With this add-on enabled they do not pop up.

Great addon, but can break some sites (e.g. JetBrains YouTrack)

Extension works great, except it breaks the dutch/belgium bol.com site, so turn it off before ordering :)

Everything is fine, except that the "prevent Google rewriting search results" feature doesn't work on mobile.

There is a MUCH lighter variant of this as a User Script which is far easier to modify/update with user strings.

The extension author does not make clear if the extension modifies URI prior to canvas load or merely beautifies them after rendering (wherein the tracking and metrics are already collected)
