This is really bizarre and I have no idea why Kick does this.
Until I figure why this is happening, if you got issues with chat randomly unsticky'ing, I recommend trying to not have cursor on top of chat.

In my opinion this is rather low and should be raised to 10-15 messages per second because this low ratelimit is not going to make any difference in fighting bot spammers at all and now only serves to punish talkative chatters. Instead of lowering the bar like this, empower streamers to decide on the ratelimit for their own channels. But who am I to say.
Instead of annoying you with large obnoxious RATE_LIMIT_ERROR warnings that completely block your input, I have implemented a more user-friendly visual feedback for when you hit the ratelimit.
