- Rule-set names and matcher tags are now case-insensitive: uppercase names are accepted and normalized instead of silently never matching
- Removing a rule-set now deletes its cached data instead of leaving it behind
- Changing a data source or rule-set URL no longer risks saving the old download under the new URL, and the new URL is fetched right away
