AG Passport - Privacy Policy

Overview

AG Passport is a browser extension designed for members of the Aerostar Group Star Citizen organization to synchronize their Star Citizen hangar data with the organization's fleet management system.

Data Collection

What We Collect

AG Passport collects the following information when you use the sync feature:

• Star Citizen Hangar Data: Ship names, pledge IDs, and other hangar information visible on your Roberts Space Industries (RSI) account pledges page
• RSI Session Information: Temporary session cookies necessary to access your pledges page (only when the page is open)

What We Don't Collect

• Passwords or authentication credentials
• Payment information
• Personal identifying information beyond what's visible in your RSI hangar
• Browsing history outside of robertsspaceindustries.com

How We Use Your Data

Your hangar data is:
1. Extracted from the RSI pledges page when you click "Sync Hangar"
2. Transmitted directly to Aerostar Group servers via secure HTTPS connection
3. Stored on Aerostar Group's Supabase database for organization fleet management
4. Used exclusively for internal organization purposes (fleet planning, resource coordination)

Data Transmission

• All data transmission occurs over encrypted HTTPS connections
• Data is sent only to authorized Aerostar Group domains:
• aerostargroupprime.vercel.app
• aerostar.group
• The extension does not transmit data to any third-party services or advertisers

Data Storage

Local Storage

The extension may temporarily store:
- Last sync timestamp
- Extension preferences
- No sensitive hangar data is stored locally after sync completion

Server Storage

Your hangar data is stored on Aerostar Group's Supabase database:
- Accessible only to authorized Aerostar Group members
- Protected by Supabase's security infrastructure
- Subject to Aerostar Group's internal data policies

Data Retention

• Hangar data is retained as long as you remain an active Aerostar Group member
• You may request data deletion by contacting Aerostar Group leadership
• Inactive member data may be archived or deleted according to organization policy

Third-Party Access

• Roberts Space Industries: The extension accesses only pages you are already viewing (your pledges page)
• Aerostar Group: Your data is accessible to authorized organization administrators for fleet management
• No Other Third Parties: Your data is never sold, shared, or transmitted to external parties

Your Rights

You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your stored hangar data
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request removal of your data from Aerostar Group systems
- Opt-Out: Simply uninstall the extension to stop data collection

Security

We implement reasonable security measures:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- No storage of authentication credentials
- Minimal data retention
- Access controls on server-side data

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

AG Passport is intended for adult members of the Aerostar Group organization. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
