Fix minor issue sending feats to discord

Hey everyone it has been a while but we have fixed a few minor issues

• Names not persisting
• Better dice roll descriptions in chat
• In the Encounter tabs the monster name is now captured.

Providing support for the beta encounters section of Pathbuilders, allowing DM's to send enemy rolls to discord.

Fixed the Free Roll tool so it sends correctly. I'm still not happy with that whole thing but this at least gets your rolls and what you rolled to discord.
