v1.1.0 — Usage bars

New feature: live session and weekly usage bars now appear in the chat header. They show your current usage percentage and next reset time, and refresh automatically as you chat. A ↻ button lets you refresh manually. The bars are always visible and adapt to light/dark mode. No new permissions required.

RTL alignment is unchanged.

Improve RTL support for chat and input lists (#15)

• Fix unnecessary horizontal scrollbar on RTL input lists
