Added conflict detection based on the last synced baseline hash to avoid silent overwrites.
Added conditional WebDAV uploads (ETag/If‑Match with If‑Unmodified‑Since fallback).

Improved root container mapping so top‑level folders import safely across browsers.
Sync now aborts if local bookmarks change mid‑sync to prevent partial states.

Fixed CORS failures with runtime host permission. Restored broad host access so WebDAV fetches no longer hit CORS errors, meanwhile retaining the previous permissions approach for future iterations.
