Removed emote resizing due to numerous tricky bugs with twitch chat DOM mutation order. May be added again in future if the bugs can be ironed out.

Minor fixes for a race condition not resizing some new messages properly, and a CSS fix for a wrapping bug on certain event messages badges container element.
