Fixed bug where user's options were not retrieved after reopening browser.

- Number of similar tabs now shown in brackets next to the menu item "Close Similar Tabs".
- Confirmation dialog will display when closing multiple tabs. It can be disabled.
- In the options screen, the confirmation dialog can be enabled or disabled.
