The pop-up window is a webpage built with various "boxes" configured in the administrator interface. In this widget, you receive important information about the person calling, such as name, number, company, ongoing issues, and when you last contacted the customer. The order can be rearranged, and some boxes are optional.

To use CRM Connect, you need a phone system user via Dstny.
