Please could you log an issue on our github page: https://github.com/mrinc/Facebook-Hide-Recommendations-and-Reels/issues And we can see why it's not working for you.
It is possible that FB changed something or for what ever reason, it just doesn't render on your side.
If you go F12/Dev Tools - and look at the console. You should see 'contentCleaner' log events in the console. If you do not see anything - then the plugin hasn't loaded on the page - you can try refresh the page as well to see if it loads.
