Great companion to PureCloud that lets me handle my calls right next to all the web apps I use every day

    You have to use this extension to enable click to call through the web client, but it needlessly takes over any mailto links as well, forcing you to copy/paste any email addresses into your browser. There's no reason for this, whatsoever, and it's a huge headache when using Genesys Cloud for business purposes.
