Fixed bad parsing for projects with no public or release tests.

Changed name of add-on to "Marmoset Monkey" and updated the README.

University of Waterloo changed the URL paths, so the manifest `content_scripts` paths need to be updated.

Updates include logo change and handling new URLs that the University of Waterloo have created. Specifically, the University has made three separate instances of Marmoset running under different sub-directories.
