The score gives you an awareness of how good or bad your passwords are. MindYourPass Password Firewall for Private can be downloaded by individual users, is free of charge, and does not collect any data.

MindYourPass Password Firewall for Business is an integral part of the MindYourPass cyber security solution for enhancing corporate security by enforcing password quality rules. This product can only be activated on business computers MindYourPass customers. MindYourPass Password Firewall for Business is privacy-by-design. Neither MindYourPass, nor the customer can obtain privacy-sensitive data. It is the responsibility of said customers to inform their employees about the working of the cyber security solution and the impact on privacy.

MindYourPass FireFox Extension Privacy Policy

For this extension to work, MindYourPass Password Firewall for Private uses:

• Browsing URL's to calculate password score per URL.
• Passwords to calculate password scores.

• MindYourPass Password Firewall for Private does not collect any data. The password score is calculated inside the add-on. The results are stored solely in the add-on local storage and do not leave the computer. MindYourPass Password Firewall for Private does not use in any way the calculated scores or the source data that it uses for the calculation.
• MindYourPass Password Firewall for Private does not know who you are. There is no registration needed for using the add-on.
• MindYourPass Password Firewall for Private does not make use of cookies. So, we don't track your usage of the password generator.
