By user request, there's now an option to move the active tab to the first position on the bar instead of the last.

Added an option to support a "peek time" delay before the tab is moved, in case you want to glance at several tabs without moving them. The setting is on the Add-ons page (see screenshot).

Simplified after reading the documentation. Duh!

Don't call tabs.move() if the tab is already at the end.
