    Very disappointed. Thought latest up-date would solve the obvious issues. Terrible problems with different editions, change to latest and then find it hasn't removed all the old version's files which makes it an actual drawback compared to Firefox, etc. Not clear how to up-date info - saves far too much, too often. Master password should have option to stay open until session ends. After NordVPN I was looking forward to using this .

    Once again, an update makes this even worse. Conflicts with the standalone app, but at least the standalone USED to use Windows Hello as login option. No longer. Why they insist on fannying around and launching untested updates that make the user experience worse defeats me.
    Beware!!
    Update: the app now prevents log-in because it flags ITSELF as a phishing threat.
    That's it. Had enough and switching to Norton. At least their products, y'know, "actually work"

Our standalone extension does support Windows Hello as a login option, and it operates independently from the desktop app. If you’re encountering issues with this feature or if it’s not appearing as an option, we’d like to look into this.

    Copy Paste in Nordpass extension no longer works with Firefox. Customer service instructs to install Nordpass Desktop version and extension without guidance which extension to choose. Re-ask NordPass without success. So installed NordPass Extension (app-version) - doesn't provide any copy/paste support, only autofill (which fairly often fails to fill-in properly). In all, a very clumsy password manager to use. User interface not on par with competitors.

    Meno di una stella non si può. Estensione terribile. Ok che firefox non sarà il browser più usato, ma fare un estensione decente sarebbe il mimino. Non copia più dai campi. Sistematicamente richiede la pass principale per accedere. Non si può distribuire una estensione che non funziona e con così tanti problemi. Il bello è che ho acquistato l'abbonamento a nordpass, mai più rinnovo.

    Copy Button dosent work anymore. Pls Fix
    edit: 12 Days later still dosent work and support says still "try to reinstall it"

    The copy/paste functionality is no longer working in this extension. I contacted support and they kept asking for a screenshot. How do I send a screenshot of blank text? I could not get them to understand. Doing a brief search shows this is a known issue.

    instructions did not clearly advise that account password is separate to master passwords which you then later requested. I has input what I wanted as master in as account password and hence have a much less strong master password. POOR INSTRUCTIONS !!!!.

    Cant see Nordpass on my screen - no idea where this has been placed

    You seem to assume that all users are 100% tech savy - that is VERY POOR approach

    Site extremely difficult to navigate, don't even know if the download/instillation was sucessful

    Not auto filling my username & password in Firefox from the NordPass software.

    Worst software I have ever used. Extension keeps locking me out of my account on multiple computers. Have had ongoing email trail with tech support - makes no difference. Chrome browser extension just as bad. My advice is to avoid this software at all cost.

    my password box is gone, keep getting only a white blank rectangle shape with no way to close it. Just tried to download it (password safe), apparently you guys can't do that either. Who DOES have my passwords now?

    cant delete old passwords-doesn't always properly store updated passwords and buggy. Sometimes it work sometimes it doesn't. Look elsewhere for a more refined and reliable password saver.

    A lot worse than desktop app extension. Doesn't work on some sites at all, sometimes password doesn't copy, random glitches. Get desktop app extension, this one is barely usable.
