Light add-on update to account for YouTube styling change which caused the rainbow progress bar to not render.

Changed the Base64 that replaces the YouTube Scrubber because before Nyan Cat had some errant transparent pixels. Also removed the horizontal scroll from the add-on's popup.

This update corrects some coloring issues, bugs, and makes the add-on compatible with YouTube videos that utilize the Chapters feature.
Fixes include: Add-on correctly loading on channel preview videos; No more double Nyan Cats upon reload of pages; improved overall efficiency.
