Reduced the minimal version requirement from 142.0 to 140.0 to increase compatibility to the 140.0 ESR version of Firefox.

Added new settings and fixed permission requirements in manifest.

This release fixed permission issues created by the previous one, for not allowing the addon to have level 2 permissions it fails to handle per-tab proxying since it has to intercept the requests.

This release added support for proxying specific tabs instead of only able to control the proxy settings to the entire browser.
