מאת Timo, לפני 3 שנים很久以前安装过，感觉效果不大好就没用，过了一阵打算清理扩展，删前重新试了一下，居然好用了，虽然速度不算快，下载大概20-80k每秒之间，但胜在注册挺方便，注册后就很干净清爽，连接干脆，不像其他扩展一样要不是连半天连不上，就是假装连上了实际什么网页都打不开，或是一堆注册手续。希望能一直继续保持吧。

(1) Supplied me with a VPN service that was faulty right from the start.
(2) When finally (after seven months) I decided to stop using their service for a better VPN provider I asked for a refund on my two-year subscription, amounting to eighteen months or $33.75 ... A pro rata refund on my two-year subscription of $45.00 would amount to $33.75, the amount requested.
They refused, saying that they do not refund on two-year subscriptions and offered me $10.00 instead. After I asked for a confirmation from them of their offer they stopped replying to my emails.
