Added an icon for the new "Links" option on the navigation bar.

Fixed some issues with the theme not working on some elements.

This update fixes a very minor visual bug, with one of the text input fields in the options.

This updates fixes a minor bug with the notification popups, when using the navigation bar icons.

-An option to replace images on the site.
