The purpose of this plugin is to make it easier for supporters using ZenDesk Chat support program to take and jump between chats with keyboard shortcuts instead of using a mouse
The shortcut keys currently are:

F2 = Take a new chat
F3 = Go to next chat in list. If there is an unread chat, it will jump to that. If there are no unread chats, F3 will just let you step through all the chats.
