Bug Fix - Firefox Permissions

Fixed an issue where content blocking required manual permission approval on each site. Host permissions are now properly declared, ensuring the extension works automatically on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook without user intervention.

No other changes from v1.1 - this is a Firefox-specific fix.
