把各种网页常用的第三方JS库的网络请求直接重定向到cloudflare和unpkg，利用缓存命中减少不必要的不同平台CDN对同一个JS库的重复请求，也可以处理某些CDN(比如googleCDN)在部分地区无法访问的问题。
