Não sei se começou no dia 03 ou 4 de junho de 2024, mas estou tendo problemas para usar o youtube no Firefox Windows. Toda página do youtube que já abre com uma propaganda é imediatamente travada. As que não abrem com propaganda rodam o vídeo normalmente. Está acontecendo com outros bloqueadores além do Adblock Plus e não parece afetar outros sites além do youtube. O Firefox Android continua rodando o youtube normalmente. Também está funcionando no Microsoft Edge. Não sei se é problema no Firefox, o youtube provocando uma quebradeira nas extensões ou o que pode estar acontecendo.

Hi,

If you are using the Adblock Plus extension on a desktop browser, you should not be seeing full length ads though you may see a variety of different behaviors such as a temporary black screen or a very brief display of an ad (less than a second or two).

Have used ABP for years and it WAS great...it no longer blocks ads well at all, sadly...

Can you please send us a message to support@adblockplus.org with some example URLs where you have been seeing ads, and some screenshot of the ads and of your ABP settings? We would be happy to look into it for you!

YouTube has busted me on this several times. YouTube is the only reason I try to block ads - so, AdBlock Plus, try as I might, does not work for me.

We are aware that YouTube is currently testing anti-adblock notifications for some users with ad blockers installed. We are looking for the best way to address this, however, Youtube is quick to find their way around our strategies. You may see a variety of different behaviors such as a temporary black screen or a very brief display of an ad. These are related to our efforts to prevent the anti-adblock wall from appearing for you.

Anti-adblock walls have long been an issue for all ad blockers, not just ours. While we do believe that content providers should have the right to decide how you interact with their page (or opt not to, if you choose not to continue to patronize them), we know YouTube's walls are particularly troubling to many of our users.

We are hoping to find a way to address this, but for now, our best option is to allow ads for the YouTube site. To temporarily disable ABP, just click on your ABP icon > tog the blue button to off (it will turn gray) > refresh the page.

I've disabled this extension, as it's way too obtrusive and unneccesary to be notified with a new browser window EVERYTIME the extension is updated. Ridiculous.

Hi,

We are updating the extension, therefore a popup might appear (it will only happen once per browser/device), but you can simply close it and continue browsing. If you are seeing many payment tabs all at once or encountering the payment page every time you open your browser, please reach out to us via support@adblockplus.org.

Here's more about how our contribution page works: For non-Premium users, we populate the page when we update the extension to keep you informed on changes we've made and as a reminder to support Adblock Plus if you find the software beneficial. We don't track who has previously paid unless your extension is already upgraded to Adblock Plus Premium (and in that case we won't show you the update page at all). The contribution page also displays just after installing ABP so it sometimes appears even though you have recently contributed or have paid for Premium.

Tohle byl dřívě naprosto must-have doplněk. Teď z toho výrobce evidentně těží a nechává si platit za to, že některé reklamy nechá "proklouznout"-
