This extension allows itself to be detected. How do I know? I use Ublock Origin and AB+ for a long time. Every time adblock detections happened just disabled AB+ and Ublock gets you through.

Problem is: More and more sites are getting through. And yet AB+ is always updating. Which tells us as users a few things. 1) They don't care about improving the product or allowing the users to pass around working configs. 2) They are intentionally selling these detections or allowing them through purposely on sites, whether for money or to keep existing, maybe both. 3) It doesn't work because it's been neutralized in every way by those pesky advertisers who program sooooooo well.

I'm tired of ads for things that hate me finding me. I'm tired of ads that hate people finding me. I hate ads finding me because I have no money to spend and these people are taking from others to pay AB+ so they can also take from others.Any choice out of these should just make you go all Old Cap on this extension: "No I don't think I will".

Stopped working for youtube on 11/21/2023. which is the only reason I use adblockers. I switched to AdBlocker Ultimate and that works fine for now.

Apparently if you do not opt for the premium Adblock Plus blocks little.

No adds on "U"Tube. Keep fighting the good fight. I use ABP in conjunction with NoScript

Utilisateur de cette extension depuis des années, c'est désormais la déception.
Plus aucun blocage de pub, il faut a priori un abonnement premium qui n'est pas disponible en France. Le vrai problème c'est que toute ma configuration a disparu : liste des filtres, toutes mes config whitelist et de blocages manuels ont disparu.
J'ai désinstallé l'extension et j'ai choisi une autre solution (... gratuite).

Haitallinen mainossisältö voi myös sisältää eoilepsia, migreeniä tai pahoinvointia aiheuttavaa sisältöä sekä ylikuormittaa heikkotehoisia päätelaitteita ja nettiyhteyksiä.

Itse olen aikoinaan saanut haitakkeita juuri tunnetun median nettisivuston kautta, kun en käyttänyt mainosestoa.

Suosittelen vaatimaan EU:n lainsäätäjiltä direktiiviä, joka vastuuttaa pakkomainontaa vaativat palveluntarjoajat täysimääräisesti korvamaan malvertising sisällön tai muun haittaa aiheuttaneen mainossisällön haitat.
