I don't remember it not blocking an AD, so i cant complain. at al 5star.

Let's do a quick round what promises:
✓ Block annoying ads and popups - Allows static images "safe ads", redirection to landing pages and so on.
✓ Block video ads on sites like YouTube - NOT ANYMORE
✓ Speed-up loading time on pages - Using more filters just ads to load time and RAM usage.
✓ Reduce risk of "malvertising" infections - Yes
✓ Protect your privacy by stopping trackers from following your online activity - Sort of, with "Allow safe ads" - and is always active as a predetermined option - third party ads DO track you
✓ Block social media icons tracking - Same as above

So yeah, do not recommend anymore.
Used to be my blocker but now is just more of the same "we take a cut from advertisment networks".

It literally does not work anymore. First Youtube videos broke, now it always says 0 ads blocked when pages are full of them. I've been using it long enough to hit 400,000 ads blocked, and it's been sat at the same number for months now.

its alright, but it doesnt work for every site. for some sites it doenst block the "turn off your adblocker, please" message along side the ads. If you frequent sites that it doesnt work on, id recomend just finding another adblocker.

if you have this and another adblock (that WOULD hide the message) it will still sometimes trigger the "turn off adblocker" message, which isnt very helpful.

It needs an update. No longer works on YouTube videos, at least in incognito mode, even with the "Run in Incognito mode" enabled. Appears as if it's running on the page, but ads will appear on videos nonetheless. (*edit: still the case now)

It's probably not your fault but every time I try to download Adblock Plus I get the error message: "Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt."
